Can I choose my own wines?

Yes, select Choose Your Own pack, your preferred frequency of delivery, and then select from the wines that are available.

Can I update my own details?

Yes, you can manage the following in your My-Account/Wine Club page:

  • Billing and shipping details
  • Payment details including updating expired credit cards
  • Edit wines for Choose Your Own Pack
  • Switch between packs and/or frequency of delivery
  • View orders and invoices

Click here to access your account if you have already created one. If not, go through the signup process and upon checking out you will create an account with a password.

Can I change my wines for the Choose Your Own pack?

Yes, you may change your wine selection at anytime. To do so, log in to your Account page here and select your wine club order. On your Wine Club page, select the button “View/Edit Wines” to update your wines and press “Save” to finish. Please note vintages will be updated dependent on stock levels – we encourage you to log in to your account to review your wine selection when you receive the automated email reminder 7 days prior to your renewal order date.

Can I change the frequency of delivery?

Yes, from the My Account page, navigate to your Wine Club page and select the button “Switch Wine Club.” It will take you back to the signup process. Here you can switch your packs and/or switch your delivery frequency.

Please note, after switching, Montara Cellar Door will be in touch with you to confirm when you would like to receive your next pack.

What discounts are available?

Discounts are based on a number of bottles and/or frequency of delivery.

  • Receive 6 bottles every 6 months – 15% discount on wine club wines as well as all other online purchases.
  • Receive 6 bottles every 4 months – 25% discount on wine club wines as well as all other online purchases.

How do I receive my discount on purchases other than wine club?

Make sure you log into your account. You can access your account by clicking here. Once logged in you will receive the discount based on your frequency of delivery.

If I upgrade my frequency of delivery will I get a better discount on my purchases?

Yes, you will receive discounts based on the discounts available above.

If I downgrade my frequency of delivery will I lose my ongoing discount from my previous delivery schedule?

Yes, your discounts are based on your delivery schedule.

Are my credit card details stored on the site?

No. We use eWAY payment gateway as well as a SSL certificate to protect your privacy. To read more about our payment gateway and the way it handles your credit card details click here.

When will I be billed?

Once you have become a Chalambar Club member, you will be billed automatically for every shipment that you receive. The first shipment will be charged immediately on sign up and for all following shipments, payment is charged on the next recurring billing date (every 4 or 6 months).
