An age-worthy Grampians Shiraz made for the long haul. Notes of ripe dark berries and spicy oak with a palate full of dark plum, fruit compote, and a rich, cedary finish. Structural tannins give the wine a great framework for longevity–careful cellaring will reward. Will pair nicely with aged choice beef or venison cuts.
Cellaring Potential: 10-20 years
