A classic reflection of Grampians Shiraz. Concentrated aromas of blue berry fruits, lifted violets, anise, and spicy oak with flavours of dark cherry compote and a medley of middle eastern sweet spice. Ripe yet soft fruit tannins and sweet cedary oak offer further complexity. Endearing on release, but will reward further with careful cellaring. Pair with rare fillet of beef and vinaigrette with roasted root vegetables.
