A crisp, dry riesling with an aromatic nose of lime zest, apple, and the steely minerality found in cool-climate styles. Hints of lemon show on the palate leading to a pleasing, flinty finish. Complements a variety of cuisines, but Jimmy’s favourite is chilli mussels with fries or grilled white fish.
