Hallmark varietal and regional expression with aromas of lemon, lime, and lifted floral notes of lemon blossom. The wine has tension, yet a soft texture ensuring great drinkability. Residual sugar of 5g/litre integrates well with the natural acidity. Drinking nicely on release, but will develop further complexity with bottle maturation. Ideal as an aperitif and will compliment a variety of cuisines.
