Aromatics: Aromas of lemon/lime, lifted spicy floral notes of lemon blossom and elderflower.
Palate: Hallmark regional lemon/lime characters. The residual sugar of 8g/litre integrates well with the wines natural acidity. Spicy notes are attributed to a later than usual harvest ripeness.
Cellaring potential: 10+ years
